Communion: The Other Side

The past few days I have been talking about some pretty cool stuff. God’s Glory; Communion with God; Awakening to God’s love . . . but something that I didn’t explain is that walking in God’s Glory doesn’t just mean that we receive the Father’s love, but that we love him back as well.

Oh, Sweet Communion

Yesterday I began to look at what we need in order to have a real honest-to-goodness experiential communion with our Father. But that got me thinking (which you probably aren’t surprised to hear). I began to ask some other believers what they have experienced; I search the internet and various forums to see what other believers were experiencing.

Experiencing Real Communion

I realize I am always encouraging and talking about intimacy with the Lord; walking with him; knowing him; and having fellowship with him. But one thing I have never really addressed is that we can’t have true communion with God until we receive into our hearts the full revelation of his love, grace and mercy. I know I’ve touched on this occasionally, but I don’t know if I’ve really dwelt on this reality.
