Years ago, a college student who was new to the faith came to me and was really bewildered You see, for the first time he was going through a rough time regarding his faith and didn’t understand why? Although I was tempted to chuckle, I held back . . . but I assured him that he had embarked on a new life and there would be periods of faith and rejoicing, as well as periods where you wonder about tough questions regarding your faith.
