Okay, we have spent the last few days discussing our call to “walk by faith . . .’ We have learned that when we are willing to trust the absolute reliability of our Father and His Word, we have to sometimes ignore what we see, or what we hear. 6 SepWe are trying to understand that phrase, “Walk by Faith.” We looked at II Corinthians 5:7 that says, “For we walk by faith and regulate our lives and conduct ourselves by our conviction or belief respecting man’s relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor; thus we walk not by sight or appearance.” (more…)
Walking By Faith (pt 1 of 3)
5 SepI want to talk about II Corinthians 5:7. It says, “For we walk by faith—we regulate our lives and conduct ourselves by our conviction or belief respecting man’s relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor; thus we walk not by sight or appearance.” That of course is the Amplified Version. Most versions simply say, “For we live by faith, not by sight . . .” (more…)
